Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Junior Assistant: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, data entry) is mandatory.
- Junior Scale Stenographer/Junior Stenographer: Graduation from a recognized university, plus a certificate in English shorthand (minimum 80 words per minute) and typing speed (35 words per minute on computer).
Age Limit (as on January 1, 2025)
- Minimum: 18 years.
- Maximum: 40 years (relaxable by 3 years for reserved categories, 5 years for SC/ST, and up to 48 years for in-service candidates).
- Age relaxation for ex-servicemen and physically challenged as per UT rules.
